Pink Parcel August 2015

After last month's mishap whereby I received a duplicate parcel to the previous month, I was hoping for big things from this month's Pink Parcel, and I'm happy to say it delivered. I love the changes in the delivery system - they now have 3 delivery dates to choose from per month - and alongside my sanitary items, I received a few lovely little products to brighten my period...

Pink Parcel / £9.99 per month

As always, there were some yummy treats to perk you up during your time of the month. This month's selection included the beautifully packaged Wild Cherries sweets by Jealous Sweets which are like a grown-up version of Haribo cherries - the twist being a slight marzipan taste. I'm always in the market for a new tea so the Tisana Energy Tea by La Via Del Te will go down a treat, whilst the Fudge Kitchen Sea Salted Caramel Fudge Dipper lasted all of 2 seconds - absolutely delicious! But I'm a beauty girl at heart, so on to the beauty bits...

Unani Absolute Care Day Cream - I've been really enjoying using this moisturiser, with its thick creamy consistency that is actually surprisingly lightweight once applied. It is formulated for all skin types, containing shea butter and avocado to soothe irritation or redness in skin, leaving it incredibly soft, smooth and supple. My skin is incredibly sensitive and it just soaks this stuff up like water!

L'Oréal Glam Bronze Wild Instinct Bronzing Powder - I can't speak too much to the results of this bronzing powder as I'm yet to test it out, but it is an incredibly pretty compact that combines a sculpting bronzer and highlighter. The shimmer is so beautiful in the pan, and the shades work well together - I'm just slightly dubious about whether it'll be a little too glittery for me. I'll keep you posted!

Bellápierre Mineral Lipstick in 'Mandarina' - Formulated without parabens and with natural waxes and antioxidants, this lipstick is like a skincare/makeup hybrid for your lips. It is incredibly smooth and lightweight, applying in an easy slick, and whilst the orange shade is slightly scary, it actually looks like a beautiful wash of coral once applied - and it lasts for hours! Lovely for a sunny day.

L'Occitane Almond Shower Gel - I've tried this shower oil many times before and I'm always happy to receive more bottles of it, especially this mini bottle that will be perfect for when I'm travelling. The formula is amazing, transforming from an oil to a luxurious soft foam that smells absolutely divine! The almond oil leaves my skin feeling beautiful and soft, and it's generally just an enjoyable product to use.

What do you think of this month's selection?
