Beauty Lust List #12: Workwear Edition!

As I'm starting a new job, I decided to do a few posts on work fashion which started last week with my What's In My Work Bag post. Office jobs have the great added benefit of office fashion, and high street stores have really upped their game lately when it comes to workwear. Here is my pick of the crop!

Envelope Neck Tunic / £24 Next - This gorgeous tunic is a perfect go-to for when Autumn hits, and will look great with or without black tights. It features slimming black side panels and is made from cotton so it's nice and soft! Tunics are easy to throw on and they work well with layering too!

Mia Grab Handbag / £59 Fiorelli - Handbags can make or break an outfit, but for work it's important that you choose a functional one. This beautiful camel toned bag features two zip compartments and easy grab handles, making it perfect for the office! It is a great size and can be worn cross-body, whilst the neutral shade can be paired with just about anything!

Jewel Contrast Print Wrap Dress / £500 DVF - Okay so it's on the pricey side (to say the least), but a girl can dream! A DVF wrap dress is a classic office staple, and I hope one day to be able to justify such an extravagant purchase. What I love about wrap dresses are that they fit beautifully and hide a multitude of sins, not to mention being comfortable - yes, I will have a second helping of pie, thank you!

Pin Stripe Pencil Skirt / £30 Warehouse - This grey knee length pencil skirt is made from a wearable jersey material and is a nice alternative to a classic black pencil skirt. I love that it has rather a fun side but is still sophisticated enough to wear to the office with a blouse and strappy heels.

Herringbone Grey Jacket / £45 Next - Perhaps my favourite of the bunch, this beautiful structured jacket looks far more expensive than it is! It has a boxy fit and is a lovely wool blend material that means it can be dressed down slightly with slim trousers and a plain white blouse for a chic office look.

Premium Double Loop Ring / £16.50 Topshop - I like to keep work jewellery as delicate as possible, and this gold tone ring is just the right amount of glam and sparkle without being over the top. Will also work well with stack rings!

What's on your workwear wishlist?
