My Little Dream Box April 2015

You might remember last year I fell head over heels with My Little Box, being rather impressed with the Diane von Furstenberg edition (review here). This time I'm back with an equally positive review of the oh-so-adorable Dreams version!

My Little Box / £11 plus p+p per month

The box itself is display-worthy, featuring a beautiful illustration that the brand has become known for, and presented gorgeously inside with a themed ribbon, magazine and a fabulous little card with a Walt Disney quote - "If you can dream it, you can do it" - that I am planning on framing!

Upon opening the box, the first item I noticed was a cute little cloud-shaped pouch, which I thought was cute enough on its own as a little accessory, but it actually holds a very pretty, minimalist necklace - "Bonne Etoile" by Delphine Pariente - which is a gold coin that hangs from a bright pink string and is engraved which the words "bonne etoile" which I believe means "lucky star" in French. Super cute, right? I am yet to actually rip open the cloud because I really love it, but it comes with a card that shows you the necklace and I will be opening it on a sunny day to add a colour pop to a white dress.

Then came a little cardboard pouch that I was so excited to find contains a lovely mint green Rotating Stamp & Ink Pad. The stamp itself has a retro feel to it and contains numbers and phrases like "To Do" and "Made with Love" which I can't wait to use to stamp everything from my planner pages to gift cards! What a fantastic little lifestyle product to include - they've really outdone themselves here! I know with the popularity of the Erin Condren Life Planners and upcycling, this will go down a treat with My Little Box subscribers.

It wouldn't be a complete box without some beauty products, and this month's three are little gems and come complete with a pretty canvas bag. Gorgeously packaged as ever, the My Little Beauty branded Repairing Hair Mask is a simple 2 minute mask that smells gorgeous and promises super conditioned, repaired hair ends in just 2 minutes. I'm yet to use it but having tried products from their line before, I have high hopes because they are generally of great quality. Next is a solid perfume called Copacabana by Sabe Masson, which as you has a fabulously bright, exotic packaging - and just as bright and exotic a scent, like a fruity coconutty cocktail on a beach in Fiji! I love a solid perfume to stick in my handbag for the convenience of a fragrance touch-up on the go, and I definitely think I'll be repurchasing this. Last is a Loved by Lou Lesage Lip Balm in a subtle red shade and all the moisture you can shake a stick it with none of the stickiness.

This box has hit it out of the park, securing its place as my favourite monthly subscription!
